Der Beitrag zeigt die Geschichte des Anwesens zum Schustermichl in Grätz, das als Lehen des Klosters Benediktbeuern bestand. Man erfährt, dass die landwirtschaftliche Fläche 1790 elf Tagwerke umfasste und sich bis 1925 etwa verdoppelt hatte. Die Darstellung behandelt das Hausfeuer von 1625 sowie ein Tragödium vom 22. Juni 1873, als der Bauer Xaver Klotz sich im Stall erhängte, woraufhin seine Witwe Anna Klotz das „Pfründehaus" errichtete.

Das Anwesen zum Schustermichl (Grätz) gehört zum Lehen des Klosters Benediktbeuern. 1790 gehörten 11 Tagwerke zur Landwirtschaft. 1925 war die Fläche auf rund das Doppelte angewachsen. Das Haus brannte 1625 ab. Eine Tragödie ereignete sich am 22.06.1873: Der damalige Bauer Xaver Klotz erhängte sich im Stall. Danach baut die Witwe Anna Klotz das „Pfründehaus“, das Anwesen „Zum Schustermichl“ beim Bauker (=Paukenschläger) -kauft Vorname? Ruch.
